Jon Feldman, a partner at Goodmans who heads the law firm’s shareholder activism practice, represented Browning West, one of Gildan Activewear Inc.’s largest shareholders, in the fight to bring Gildan chief executive Glenn Chamandy back to the helm, after the board announced it would replace Chamandy with Vince Tyra.
