Billionaire businessman Arthur Irving dead at 93: CBC

Arthur Irving, the New Brunswick billionaire who ran Canada’s biggest oil refinery, has died at age 93. As the CBC’s Jacques Poitras reports, Irving was renowned for being obsessed with providing excellent customer service and making Canada a better place to live. Earlier this month, Forbes magazine pegged his wealth at $6.4 billion U.S., making him the eighth richest person in Canada.
