Poilievre takes popular ‘axe-the-tax’ mantra on the road

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre’s signature promise to “axe the tax” is resonating with many Canadians who are coming out in big numbers for rallies across the country. Stephanie Taylor of the Canadian Press reports on how Poilievre is taking his marquee message on the road, targeting regions not only where his support runs deep, but also where his party hopes to win back seats it lost to the Liberals and NDP.
